Damages, Returns & Issues
- All furniture is carefully inspected and unpacked by our team to ensure secure delivery.
- Any damage must be reported immediately upon delivery. KollektUSA cannot be held responsible for damages reported after our delivery team has departed.
- Customers must verify that the furniture will fit through doorways and access paths before ordering. Product dimensions are listed on our website and invoices.
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.
Return & Cancellation Policy
- All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
- Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
- In rare cases where a return is approved, the customer must cover return shipping using a traceable method. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging and sent within 30 days.
Wooden Products Notice
Please note that natural wood may develop changes in appearance over time due to humidity. These organic variations are considered part of the product’s unique character.

- Delivery timelines are discussed directly with clients, based on destination, volumetric weight, and product quantity.
International Shipping
- Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
- We are legally obligated to declare the full value of the shipment and cannot adjust invoice values.
- For specific information on customs charges, please consult your local customs authority.
Shipping Policies
- In-House Shipping: KollektUSA offers doorstep delivery with setup included in delivery charges.
- Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Incorrect details may lead to delivery delays or issues.
- Residential Deliveries: Please ensure that your furniture can fit through entryways, staircases, and hallways. If needed, additional labor must be arranged by the customer.
- Apartment & Commercial Deliveries: A functional cargo lift must be available. If not, clients are responsible for arranging extra assistance for the delivery process.
